thanks everyone.... well, they did some kind of a test with a scope and, I'm no doctor either, but I'm confused as to whether the test was done because of the issue or if it happened after the test. Apparently she has ulcers (possibly related, I'm really confused honestly but at any rate she's doing better and the doctors are no longer fearful for her. grandfather though, my understanding as of now, is they expect he has a couple months.
Sounds like your grandmother had an endoscopy. I had one myself. They sedate you, and put a camera down your throat to look for ulcers in you esophagus and stomach. I doubt it caused the bleeding. I'm glad she is doing better. I hope your grandfather can be made comfortable for the time he has left.
Thank you, I'm just glad she's doing better. Grandfather, although he's one of those people who always said I won't live to be 50, then won't live to be 55, so forth.... He insisted the other week that he knew he didn't have much time left. I guess maybe he's right. His best friend who lives about 80 miles away has been calling me to check in, if he doesn't get the news from someone else first, that's going to be a hard piece of news to break....
