I had a big red cedar cut down yesterday. I already delivered one load to a friend and moved another to my driveway where a friend is gonna pick it up.
WRC is my favorite wood smell for lumber. Ive done a few roofs with it. I bet it smelled great. How does it rank with other softwoods for burning?
Helped a buddy cut some wood after work tonight. Two ask trees and a maple they took down last weekend. The 260 with the maple trunk for size
First time keeping pecan out of the chipper. Big stem broke and still hanging. Someone’s Tahoe barely escaped death. I’ll pick up the big part later.
Heaping Colorado load of American Elm courtesy of the notorious buZZsaw BRAD. Thanks again for the hookup
What is "Layne" going to say when he finds his wood missing??? I'm beginning to think you really are notorious!
Layne is my wood turner (lathe) connection. Those two had potential for some nice spalting and he has asked for spalted maple. He lives 1/4 mile from my wood storage.
I just got onto your signature. Didnt wanna risk getting booted! Actually Eric did ask for it and i owed him for the load of BL we cut back in January.
Heck i might as well post the same wood in my PU. Bet thats a first for FHC??? Looks better in your truck though!
The ride was a little hairy. Truck wanted to wander over 60, so I just went slow. 26 miles one way but I wouldn’t have wanted to go much farther than that being so loaded. I tucked all the rounds away on pallets behind a stack of elm I got back in March.
