Good morning everyone! Sorry for your Dad, Mike. At least he's at home. Do you need to bring a wheelchair for him, or can he walk?
It might hit 80° today. Not closing the pool until next week, I've been in it every day. Summer, and the tomatoes, lingers on.
The plumber did a nice job yesterday. This is the filter and a replacement, needed every 3 months or so. It has been my husband's dream for a long time to have one of these. IMG_20210923_10262.jpg IMG_20210923_20957.jpg
    Have a great day!

    Thanks.

A transport chair is used. He can walk short distances with a cane or walker.

JESUS, please be with Mike and his dad. Guide the doctor's hands, give him wisdom for the best treatment. Please give his dad comfort during the procedure. May YOUR HEALING TOUCH be on him, and YOUR PEACE rest on Mike

Good morning y'all. Hope. Y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. My last day off, heading down to our friends house, got several projects he needs done, cut the yard, put up a flagpole, take down a couple pines...
May GOD BLESS each one of us.

Good morning! Currently 47* and light rain for the last several hours. Thankfully it's nothing like Noah's day. Absolutely nothing happening outside but hopeful for the weekend. Have a God day!

Morning all. Up and at it this morning. Got our walk in, dried the towels, had breakfast and the dishes are done. Packing up and hitting the road again.

    Everyone have a great day.

    Thanks TJ. Much appreciated.

All went well at the doctor's. Now we wait for the results of testing. Next week, it'll be a biopsy of his thyroid.

Sharing a blessing: of 6 of us recruits, 3 of us made it to the end of classes. Of three of us, I don't think any one did better than I, given some of the discussions that I heard.
Only by His grace and mercy though. Im not entirely sure how that happened, but at 47, this is a good thing....I can give the whippersnappers a run for their money.
I have the written yet to pass Saturday, and the live burn in october, for firefighter I.

Good morning. Not much new to report here. I have been working on bucking, splitting and stacking a big backyard pile of silver maple donated by our neighbor.

We are heading np north this weekend to do some work and relaxation at the cabin. I can see my wife and I taking a hike involving a shotgun to bag a ruffed grouse or two for a meal.
