He is a cute one,

 

Not yet, but I am working on it. I would go for a rescue, but I have to have a dog that is cat tolerant and I prefer not to have a pit bull.

Must be mother was a pedigreed and the father came from a good neighborhood..............

 

Had some visitors up by the barn. The pic of the single snake, that one was on the big size. The pics of the two was taken a few minutes later. Not sure but we are thinking mom and kids. They went the same way as the big one did.

 

Sometimes when I mow I feel like all I am doing is dodging them.

 

I am please to tell you all that I have a new fur friend. I don't have pictures yet, but as soon as I do I plan to share them with you. This dog is a black "schnoodle" who stands as tall as the standard poodle. He is neutered, micro chipped, all shots current. Heart worm negative but Lyme + and on antibiotics. He is very gentle. No biting. He was a stray covered with matts. Very underweight. The shelter said that he was loose in the woods over a month. They cut his hair down so he looks a bit odd now, but with time he will get shaped up by the groomers. Plus he needs to put some pounds on. Seems to have a very healthy appetite. He is good with my cats. I walk him on a leash and he does his business outside. He lays in his bed beside me just as my "Miss Molly" did. When I pick up his leash he starts the zoomies. The meet and greet with my son's husky didn't go well. We will have to work on that. He met my other son's dogs today, and that was good.
