Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Made it to Charleston safely, chased the rain all the way. The streets flood pretty easy... 15411.jpeg
Enjoyed a long visit and great dinner with our friends. Going on a tour today. I'll start a separate thread when we get back...
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Morning All. Had a great visit with Mom yesterday. Waiting for campinspecter to fire the boiler and then we are headed out on our walk. It is so dark in the morning now.
Wednesday, we watched a big black bear climb our neighbour's apple tree looking for apples. It didn't bear fruit this year. Fortunately it stayed out of our yard. I thought the tree might break with its weight.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good afternoon! Another beautiful day. Heat sets in again tomorrow. Had a cookout at work for lunch. People seemed to enjoy it. Not sure what's happening tonight. Have a God day!

    Good morning, everyone.

Touch of fall this morning. Low 50's

Nothing specific on tap for today. So, some yard this-n-that will do.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

The big trailer with the metal will be the worse. I unloaded 4000 lbs on thursday on the first trip, this was ment for the second trip but I got there about 4 minutes before they call it quits and there was no way that I was unloading this in 45 minutes. It took well over an hour to unload the first load. So I told him I'd come back Saturday morning...

Morning all. A cool, cloudy 49 here this morning. Headed to another lake today to deep troll (down riggers) for hopefully some lake trout. Fall is definitely in the air around here. Everyone have a great and safe day and remember and pray for those lost 20 years ago.

Good morning everyone! Today I need to bake a huge batch of cornbread, to take to the pig roast this afternoon. I make it more effort than it needs to be by baking the batter in cast iron finger molds. It makes it easier to grab at a party, without crumbling.
It will be a great day for a party, sunny and low humidity.
My Concord grapes are almost ripe. IMG_20210911_43947.jpg
    Have a great Saturday!

I go to the first yard now if I don't have much, closer to home, but it's on the dump trailer...

Have fun today. We had the cornbread molds that looked like ears of corn...
Your grapes look good. Hope we still have muscadine and scuppernongs left when we get home, they were some ripe when we left. Had 3 deer munching on them the other day.

    Mike,
It was fall-ish yesterday in sturbridge area. Cut some trees with a friend, and had worked outside most of the day. Cool, breezy, dry.
Leaves are beginning to accumulate on the ground too.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. Last day of vacation...:(:(...but have had a great week with my hunny:):)...
We are going on a tour of the Hunley, first submarine used in war, then going to a tea plantation, only one in North America, outside Charleston.
Then it will be time to head home. I think some grandbabies miss us...
We saw some beautiful gardens yesterday...a little sneak peak... 0910211522.jpg
