Yesterday turned out nice and managed to get a bike ride in just before sunset. Right after sunset, the skies opened up and wew got some good rains.

Lower 50's now; hoping to break into the 60's today.

Looks like we'll be warm the next few days before cooling off again.

    That's cooler? Ouch! I don't even like 80's let alone triple digits. I'm ready for low 40's & 60's.

This is going more or less the right direction at least. It's been a miserable summer here as far as I'm concerned.

Nice day here today after a cloudy rainy Sunday. Upper 70's with humidity higher but still pleasant. Nuggets and assorted junk wood in firepit. Started he chacoal and grilled some chicken. IMG_5585.JPG Rather than throw out the BL splitter crumbs from today i opted to burn them. IMG_5580.JPG

Today was the nicest day I remember in quite some time! Hi of 75 with low humidity & clear blue sky. Started out in the low 50's. It could stay like this for a good long time.

Had a violent T-storm roll through early (2-ish) with lots of loud thunder and lightening.

Ended up with 3/4 rain from the short winded event.
