Morning All. MikeInMa that cornbread looks delicious. I haven't made any in quite a while.
T.Jeff Veal I hope you two have an awesome trip.
Midwinter I tend to ignore very long to-do lists. You can only do so much and if something more fun comes up, I go with that. Sadly our ice cream trailer is closed for the season so that fun thing isn't happening anymore.

Our summer storm is over and I now have the front of the RV cover to repair. The sun is slowly eating away at the cover and the wind found a small tear and made it bigger. Always a new project in the works. Bookkeeping is the main chore today and watching the Blue Jays. Hopefully it will dry out a bit and I can get down and dig up the last of the potatoes.

    Everyone have a great day.

Thanks! I'm visiting with him now. We're expecting about 2 weeks of rehab. If all goes well he'll come home after that.

Good afternoon! Busy 3 day weekend. Work is easier! Yesterday I bucked up what I brought home in the loaded trucks thread. Then split some rounds I already had staged in the processing center. I noticed a hitchhiker that came along with some shorts I moved. While I was splitting I looked up and noticed some visitors. They didn't seem to be bothered by me or the splitter. Started mowing the front yard. I'll finish it later today. Beautiful weather and a nice day all around. Have a God day![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Morning all. Back to my normal routine. Had to drive to Elwood Indiana, my fishing partner’s ex wife passed away from COVID. A lot of people here are dying from the virus, many in their 50’s. My friend Tami in Ky has her husband on a ventilator. She was supposed to call me 3 days ago. Probably not good. I have stopped going to restaurants for now, just playing it safe.

    everyone stay safe and healthy…

    Good morning, everyone.

Muggy, damp start to the day.

Nothing planned for the day, after a morning walk.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

More people wear masks to the grocery store on weekdays than on weekends, I've noticed. Must be an older set of customers on weekdays.
I don't go to restaurants either, but I like cooking, so it works out.
At my grandson's school, they wear masks at all times except lunchtime in the cafeteria, and we all remember what that's like. We'll see how that goes.

Good Morning... :coffee: ... Thinking splittin' some wood and nap will be the two main objectives today... and everything else is a bonus...

Good morning everyone! Never did do much outside yesterday, it was kind of damp. Did cooking projects instead. Today's supposed to be nicer, so we're taking a drive out to western MA.
We didn't go on many jaunts when the weather was hot, but now that it's cooler, my husband wants to hop in the car every other day it seems.

That may be a long drive! I could not believe how long it took to drive across that state last month. If my memory is right it took me over 8 hours and that was all on Interstates and Turnpike. It was not a fast trip as I had planned.
