    There is a pretty good one...at least for this state, its in Union. Really not that far from you. Your closer to it than I am. I will have to look up the date but I believe it's the second weekend in September.

    Regarding the color red.
    Going back a ways deere would paint tractors in custom colors if ordered that way. Mostly for highway departments.
    I have seen factory painted ones in olive drab, red, white and blue.
    Not long ago I saw a picture of a 6000 series iirc brand new in red.
    IH painted demonstrators in white and the dealer was paid to paint them red when sold.
    Remember these were the days when the entire tractor was finished and then sprayed so a color change was pretty easy. Today parts are painted before assembly so a custom color would be more challenging.

    It eventually was returned to green Deere (unless I never heard that the red one was sold and replaced with a green one), but still waiting on my mom to send more pics/info.
