Leafy greens can contribute. But, I suspect you know most of what to not eat too much of. Rhubarb is my weakness. Moderation is key.

I got the feeling that water, and flushing the system was more critical than other contributing factors, when I had one a couple years ago.
In fact, the ER nurse mentioned that they see more stones in the winter, as people forget to drink enough water.

Jeff, all the best. I really hope that gets dealt with quickly. But use the time to hear from him. Sometimes forced solitude (rest) is as important as anything else we do (like being a real light in a dark place).
But I have the feeling you knew that.

    Rich blessings Bro,
    Sca

T.Jeff Veal Sorry to hear about the difficulties you are in. I hope it passes (lol) soon without too much pain.

    Good morning, everyone.

Henri wasn't an issue her. It's paying us a second visit later tonight. The area was 8in of rain, over the yearly average, before Henri.

Oven repair guy comes back today. Sure would be nice to have a working oven.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

This attempt involves replacing the "wiring harness". It's a wall oven. So, it'll need to be fully removed.

Good morning everyone! In a lull for now, between round one and two of Henri. It comes back over us this afternoon and tonight. So far, so good. I think I'll get outside before it starts up again.
Been thinking about the woodless among us, and whether I should offer some. One person in particular. OpH6Nvn.jpg
Washed up on the shores of Monday!

Morning all. Uggh dark at 6:00 AM now. Winter is approaching. Headingd out for our walk after campinspecter fires up the boiler. What a difference in time and effort to run. Three hours from now everything will be up to temperature and it will be finished. At this point in the year, I think it burns less firewood. We will have to see what the winter brings.

Bookkeeping, gardening and chores to do today. Another busy day. Still have to boil water but I am hoping test results come back clean tomorrow.

    Everyone have a great day.
