Momma cat almost has the same colouration as the two kittens that bogieb got a few years ago.

 

Moma cat looks like a youngster herself.

Her body could be confused for Spot, but the facial markings are all her own. Spot always looks surprised / curious with her beige "eyebrows" and she doesn't have a stripe down her nose. Rainey is a solid gray and always looks a bit intense with a bit of p*ssed off thrown in

they all look quite settled in. It must a few years since we all followed their adventures after moving in with you.

 

I was remembering that thread also.

 

Really rough here without Molly at my side. I could always reach out and pet her any time of the day or night. I miss her head resting on my foot while I sat at my desk, or her back against my leg in bed. I miss not getting her a McDouble hamburger nearly every day. I had to break it up or she wouldn't eat it. She loved to ride in the car and enjoyed looking out the window. The cats miss her also. They always would rub against her legs and would lay a few feet from her. I could leave food in the car with Molly and she would never get into it. She also wasn't a chewer. No damaged shoes etc. I didn't realize how much time I was spending with her, or how much I was talking her her. I believed she understood most everything I said to her. She often didn't want to go outside unless I went out with her. She would hold back until I stepped out the door. She knew I wouldn't let my son's husky play rough with her. She liked to see him, but didn't want to rough house. She never bit. I once took her to the GTT. She was well behaved.

I remember that day. I took the leash when you and Cindy arrived, and I took Molly for a walk. Actually, she pulled me down the hill to Well Seasoned pond area. She had some grunt and I had quite a fun time trying to keep up.

I hope, as the days pass, it gets a little easier for you. She was lucky to be a part of your lives as you were in hers. Peace...
