Glider Rocker Cushion Cleaning

The foam won't come out so I was wondering the best way to clean the cushions.

I'll pick one of these up today, we can always use it on the vehicles too.

 

Yep, little green machine is the way to go.

 

Gotta' test for colorfast-ness, but I've used carpet cleaning solution (diluted), then vacuum.
Works well if you just use a brush and a rag.
You could also use laundry detergent.
Or, spend money on a machine.

 

I told the wife, just turn it around!

 

Depending on what it's soiled with you mike want to use an enzyme cleaner like Liquid Alive.

I picked up the Bissell Spotclean, I cleaned the three cushions from the glider....after that was finished I cleaned my recliner.

The deep cleaning attachment works good, I'll have some before and after pictures of the worst cushion tomorrow, it pulled the dirt out real nice.

The cushion that was the worst from the glider had oil or hair spray on it, brownish looking when I started.

 

Picture 9771 is before, picture 9773 is after.... I had three of picture 9772 from the cushions.
