Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

The oven was installed new 6/19. It acted up 7/20. Behavior was oven temps not maintained and oven light stays on. Under warranty, service then replaced the control panel. Light stays on. They returned and replaced oven light switch/latch. Problem solved. I kept the original panel.

A year later, oven light again stays on. To shut off, circuit breaker is thrown. Issue remains when circuit breaker is back on. So, breaker remains off.

Service guy shows up. Same person as .ast year. I throw the breaker back on. Everything is working fine.

He went ahead and ordered a new switch/latch. I'll hang onto it, until needed.

Go figure.

 

My folks had a similar issue. But it was outta warrantee. The new panel and install fee would have cost close to the cost of a new wall unit.
Planned obsolescence.

Time for an Egg McMike. Fried egg sandwich with ham and cheese on an English muffin. Lots of fresh ground black pepper.

Morning All. Heavy drizzle fog this morning. I am headed over to Mom's to work on her archive project today. campinspecter and supervisors are going to hold the fort at home. We have a fascinating building project happening on the vacant lot so lots of equipment to watch. I will try to post pictures later.

Good afternoon! It's downhill to Friday now. Still sunny and beautiful. Temps are slowly climbing. I got one rack filled at the roadside stand before bible study last night. Not much happening after work as I have music practice at church and grabbing a bite to eat somewhere. I'll refill the stand if need be when I get home. Have a God day!

 

Good afternoon y'all. Got 1 more day of 7AM-7PM to work, then off a few days. Our weather has changed a bit, I can see the sun for now. Got another thunderboomer yesterday right before I got off. I did manage to cut out a Greek paddle for a young college friend to use as a prop for some pictures. She will get it Saturday.

Good morning. Heat is building in here again. It was 38f overnight early in the week up at the cabin. Now it is 75f at this hour down here at home…and humid. What a roller coaster.

 

Good morning everyone! Loving this dryer weather. Yesterday I got the yard mowed, and worked on the locust a bit. My grandson & I have about 2 more splitting sessions before it's all done.
My husband sent me this picture from the island in Maine where he's staying. He's going to pick some chanterelles for me today, the least he can do.
