Good morning y'all. Enjoyed my day off, we got the customer's wood, and then helped a friend get a commercial size fridge in their house they are redoing, got to move the freezer in this morning. Start back on nights tonight.

Morning All. Early start to head out to get more firewood. This will be the last load this week as we have dentist appointments on Thursday as well as a planned power outage. It will be a busy week.
MikeInMa I just freeze the blueberries on a cookie sheet and then bag them. Use them for muffins, pancakes or make syrup and jam out of them when it is cooler out. Of course, I don't pick them. I have to buy them when they are in season.

After work last night drove 6.5 hours with my oldest to outside of Columbus, OH for the national youth sporting clays competition at the Cardinal Center in Marengo. (check it out if you're into that type of stuff). There are 10,000 kids registered for all of the shotgunning disciplines. Hopefully he has decent rounds wed and thursday and just has fun. All the main manufacturers are here and you can demo shotguns. This trip may cost me more than I anticipated.

Good afternoon! Crazy busy at work this week with payroll, new hire orientation and training. Just popped in for a moment. The plan tonight was to clean up a small blowdown right next to the wood yard but my MIL texted asking me to come over tonight to help her son (my BIL) with some paperwork. I'll get back outside sometime...

98% humidity to start the day. 63 degrees, 63 dewpoint. Then, chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. There's mushrooms all over the yard. Oh well.

Went to an eye surgeon yesterday. There's scarring behind cataract implants I got ~15yrs ago. Scarring from age. Laser surgery is scheduled for September. Oh well, again.
