    Pouring rain...again...but I got smoke rollin here at the compound...some stuffed shrooms goin on 20210711_155431.jpg sweet corn left over from yesterdays cook in the bottom then andouille sausage...roasted red bell peppers...sharp chedder...more peppers and chives

    they are large...average is 3 dogs weighs 1.5lb

    We do the same in our convection oven once a week normally. My fav. way to make thighs. With the hot weather we take the little oven outdoors and set it on our picnic table. Kinda fun! Now we are cooking with it outside quite a bit. Never would have guessed.

    these ones was bbq sauce only...390° skin side up...flip after 8 min or so and cook til internal temp is reached..of course YMMV...these were bone in skin on in a 6.5qt ninja
