    The Sunday setting will only bake/warm at preset intervals

    Or the screen goes blank and takes no settings at all.

    It is actually for the Sabbath - Saturday. You could use it when ever you wanted though. Similar to a timed bake cycle. You pre-set it for coming on and going off so you don't have to mess with the timer on Sabbath.

    I believe the sabbath is from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday.
