    No we don't have AC but only 1 day without wind but the other days the west wind came up off the water and cooled things down to where it was very comfortable !

    Up late and up early, but I got drain plumbing 95% done and toilet installed. Shower works and toilet flushes. Just need to finish the double sink drain, but I'm not sure where it needs to come through the floor just yet. It's a couple weeks until granite installs so it can wait.

    Big party tomorrow night. Looking forward to having a night away from remodeling.

    No Doubt! The lot itself w/out home or garage but has utilities is a steal. FHC'ers should pool $$ to buy it and we can arrange vacations there!!
