This one is two of the mrs friends. She does alot with me that she probably don't want to either so i'll hop in my monkey suit and suffer through this wedding for her. Oh the things we do for love

 

Got the quad loaded in the truck for a backwoods fishin trip with my son today.

 

The reason I hate Stinny is that I'm jealous of his lifestyle (beautiful cabin, jeep, etc). Now this.

 

Hey Stinny are you going to tell him your secret or just let him stew longer?

 

It's cloudy and cool here so think I'll start movin' some 2 y.o. into the shed. Got 4 cords to move but have been stalling due to the hot weather and flys.

Okay, here comes the rant. Weddings are nothing more than ceremonial "dog and pony" exhibitionism at its finest. Face it men, it's a "chick" thing. For me, I don't get on planes. If I can't drive there, I don't need to be there. It amazes me as to how much of a "COTTAGE" business has evolved just to show off for that special day, which by the way, leads to divorce court 40% of the time @ last count. There, rant is over, I feel better, now back to the Yankee/Boston game.

Out playing in the fields today and the gang were helping Mrs loon in the garden.

The hay is hit and miss as of all the rain weve had, but should end up close to other years.

 

The wood box was looking old and grey, sorta like me


So I gave it a make over today

 

Later tonight I am going to watch Before Sunrise. A chick friend has been urging me to give the series a chance even though I have sworn off romcoms. She is using the "this is an intellectual movie about relationships" angle. Women are hopeless romantics.
