I have some snakes around here but thankfully none like that. I regularly see garter snakes, milk snakes and blue racers. That's plenty for me.
Not sure how I would react to a non indigenous species showing up in my area. If the snake head(?) fish showed up here, id make the attempt to eat it or make it into fertilizer. I cut invasive plant species down when I have them within my realm. But, if we dont have the nice deep freeze anymore, and various molds, stinging, biting, poinionous, invasive things are heading this way, maybe I should leave. I'm not sure about the snakehead, but I've caught a Bowfin in the Connecticut River in Middletown. They're very similar invasive fish. A buddy of mine caught one there too. He tossed it in the back of his truck, forgot about it for several hours and it was still flopping around in the bed when he checked on it.

40 years of masonry. Blew out the spine good at about 34. Crushed some nerves in my left leg leaving it partially paralyzed. Hopped out of masonry for a year. Learned how to walk like a pirate .
