Just tried some frozen shrimp in the air fryer.. 400 about 15 min. flipped them at 7 min. came out good except I got a bit to carried away with the spice..
Couple fat strips going on. The young gal took one of those pokey meat tenderizers to it at the butcher before I knew it. “Why did you do that” me “Tenderize it” her “At 16$ a pound it’s not tender already?”me Poor girl did not know what to say
Didnt get to my chops last night but sure am looking forward to them today. Im no air fryer expert but If I babysit the cooking and check the temps often I have pretty good luck. Really like the air fryer. Works out great being inside allot. Darn thing is fast and to me food taste better than the oven or stove top. On a funny note I joined a facebook air fryer forum and yes it is mostly women there. I find they are not very nice to each other.. Whats up with that.
When my wife was working she kept to her self and did her job but would tell me stuff about how mean the women could be with each other. I mean no disrespect to women but my goodness.
Sweet and spicy crackers gettin some color on them. Meatballz are 50/50 ground beef/hot sausage that I took outta the casing...added garlic,sugar,onion powder,Cajun seasoning,and sirracha sauce..so I'm hoping they have a little moxy
the crackers were 1/3 stick unsalted butter...crackers,texas pete,chile powder,sugar,onion powder,garlic .
