Haha. I noticed over the last couple days my 460 wasn't oiling well. A tank if fuel gone and the oil was almost full. Pulled it apart yesterday and the arm for the oiler worm gear was broken off and the pieces did a pretty good job of beating up the oil pump. I'm not sure why it broke, but no one local has one. I ended up bending a new one out of a cotter pin and welded it to what was left on the worm gear. Not sure if it will work, was 2am when I finished so I didn't start the saw.
It will hold up fine till it fails.. AHAHA! Worked fine today. Dropped about 4 cords or so with it. Couple trees were big 85-100 ft tall. Temporarily permanent.
Wouldnt make sense to order the part and even if you dont install it just keep it for the next failure so that you dont have to wait a week for one to come in? I mean I understand what "saw down " meant. But " dial the amberlamps"??? Does that refer to a flashlight, maybe some sort of first responders???? Seriously I dont know? Our first responders whether EMS or fire trucks do have Amber lamps but would never of thought about them!. Our fire trucks are mostly red lights with white and amber and ems have mostly amber I think?
Amberlamps is ghetto speak for ambulance. It was a joke. Its been running around the innerwebs as those me-me deals for years. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=amber lamps
I posted this above?? You obviously didn't read it. You put way to much thought and way to many words into stuff..
Yea, I can talk your head off. Needs to waste half a day run into me and start up a conversation. My brother gets onto me for sending texts that end up being 3 parts and sending to many of them and they come in all out of order for him. But signal for pretty much every carrier is so bad around here you about have to text if you use a cell. See even that took me a paragraph. .
