Great size consider an extra short head..

Edit- “short” should have read “shower.”

Yes shower head:headbang: I turned auto correct off on phone also..

That size stall I would really two shower heads a minimum. One going a hand held.. so you can sit down to wash your feet.

We have just one shower head that can hang on the wall to use or you can take it off to wash your other areas.

I'll take that bet and up the ante on cell phone autocorrect or for me, even typing too fast on my computer keyboard.

and T.Jeff Veal the fixtures I chose for our new shower are nice Moen ones, but the kit came with a fixed showerhead so I bought a 2 in 1 shower head (the middle comes out as a hand held). It has rubber nubbies on all the tons of different holes the water sprays out of and they go crooked somehow, end up with one or more of those little spray streams always seem to go sideways instead of down and hitting me in the eye. I do not recommend the showerheads/hand helds with the rubber nubbies. (But, the hand held does have a jet-pressure washing mode that I've blasted the bar soap residue off the soap shelf with and TMI WWW likes blast his feet with, I mean pressure wash his feet).

Looking good Jeff! Re-doing an older room is always exciting. Like buying a new car or truck!

We went to a flooring place yesterday, picked out floor tiles and wood for walls. Then to Lowe's for plumbing fittings, lumber, and sheetrock.
Got water and drain lines moved. We were able to remove some of the older plumbing in the process.
    The shower area... 0602210716.jpg
The vanity area, looked like the drain pipe was going g to be in the drawer area, so we moved it over to center area... 0602210716a.jpg

The project manager came Wednesday about noon, spent about 11/2 with him. We decided to make the shower about 6" shorter than planned, found out if it was over 72", then it would require another back panel, $500 for extra panel and then $$ trim for the joint. So it will be 48x72. I felt so much lighter after he left......had to pay them half to start on it...:emptywallet::emptywallet:... ...
We took down the old sheetrock where it is going, pulled a thousand staples and nails, replaced with 1/2" moisture/ mildew resistant board. 12564.jpeg 12570.jpeg
Also got the end wall taken off the closet and new wall framed up 12568.jpeg
    12576.jpeg
Sheet rock added on that end...

The other end of the wall, A/C unit has been open, decided we better seal it up so air will go thru filter, not clog up coil
    0603210049.jpg
Built a frame in that opening, and covered with sheetrock. 0603211324.jpg
Went back to flooring store and ordered tiles and wall covering.

Nice job! I hope you are enjoying this. My wife and I just did a first floor remodel with a new kitchen. It was a ton of work but we had a good time. I will always look back and remember what fun we had.

My knees aren't enjoying it...lol...we did our kitchen about 10 years ago. Took out the vinyl flooring and original cabinets. Put down solid tigerwood T&G floors and we designed and built our cabinets to better use the space. Got a company to do the black galaxy granite tops... IMG_20190107_181841331.jpg

Got a bit more done yesterday morning after work. Cut hole, found circuit wire for light, ran the wire for the switch leg. Got the light wired and installed in the shower area... 0605211344_HDR.jpg
