We have had ours since 2013, right after they started making them. Ours is the CZT. We cut yards, not nice lawns, down here. Bahia grass and everything else. I have mowed grass knee high, broads, cut down bamboo from the side chute...lol...they are tough. My cousin has the Outlaw XP, he cuts right of ways in our town.

Those do look nice, but I think comparable country clippers are a bit more $.

Yes, the raptor XD has very large and wide tires. All the ones I'm looking at have the bigger tires.

The suspension system definitely makes the ride smoother than the in laws snapper. Didnt have much that really needed to be cut, but cut some of the yard anyway. Steering feels a bit..tighter i guess..just a little different. Feels very well made. I like it!

My dealer close to me is definitely overpriced compared to your dealer. I;d have no issue pointing that out to my dealer, and going to yours. It's worth it to me for a short drive. That said, I'm not impressed by my dealer as I've seen some shady activity with that dealer on a yamaha bike I was looking at a couple years ago.

JRHAWK9's dealer was a bit higher than the dealer I used. I saw a few online when i was searching that were even better priced, but they were all out west.

I'm a first responder, at work, so IDK if that applies. Hustler offers those too.

They didn't have the XD in the size I wanted today, but they are getting a couple more in a couple of days. I did put my name on the list and i was first on it, so I do have first right of refusal,

Apparently Hustler's biggest supply chain issue is their new tire.

Forgot to mention the Hustler mowers are made no more than 30 minutes from me
Quite a few round these parts, seem to be well made with plenty of parts and dealers around.

Hustler invented the zero turn mower. They sure seem very well made.

these seem to use the tuff torq hydro units. I'm not convinced going away from the "standard" of hydro gear units is a wise choice. However, tuff tirq has been making units for lawn tractors for a long time.

I was told to stick with their better units because of the Parker(?) drives? Supposedly much better than the less expensive ones

We bought a Bad Boy outlaw xp 60” back in 2013. We also live on a dairy farm with a lot of bumpy uneven ground. I can’t speak for all Bad Boy models but this thing has been terrific & believe me my wife & daughter have cut lots of rocks, old fence & other nasty stuff with it, built to take abuse. I’m not sure I’d buy one if quality of cut was my first priority I’ve used a friends exmark and I would say it cut a bit neater than mine but in all fairness the yard we cut was well manicured & smooth as glass. I’ve only done routine maintenance on ours with the exception of changing a few bent blades. Ours came with a 36
horsepower vanguard that has plenty of power but likes gasoline! It has a suspension that works great but sometimes we have to go a bit slower in some areas because it feels like something may fall off the mower it’s so bumpy.
