Thats whats happening. Spending more time.cutting than loading. Have 2 or more trailer loads (at a third of a cord each) ready.to move. So.far I can't tell that anyone would be thugging my wood.

Its a bad corner, they'd have to be pretty desperate (or determined) to get wood outta there.

    This is true.
We've done some favors for people (partly the reason we got it honestly) and picked up a couple paying jobs...mostly tree related.
But I don't know more than one or two people with pickups, and only one around here who are other than casual burners. In that way, we're kinda alone in these parts....zero good for info, and so far no one here to hoard with.

Funny enough, all his time with me, doing things around the house, indoor and out, got him a job for the last few years, and a very lucrative job for a couple weeks....outdoor work....before returning to school for a few weeks. He's not afraid of hard work thats for sure.

He'll never wont for side work I don’t think.

It was a good day tidying up tha yard today...stacked rounds and moved a big pile of shorts and uglies, made room for more rounds. And brought more rounds in. With all of yall who hoarded today, we hoarded in unison.

I am no longer a walking salt-lick. Enjoying food.

Of all the things on my list of things I'll never do, owning a truck is right up there. Lmfao.

It's so useful I get why the Aussies call it a "ute"!

most Aussie UTE are not like American truck; bed is usually flat and different color of galvanized metal. But I get your point

Id rather help out, perhaps getting taken advantage of now and again, but even then it will have been in favor of answering a need I could meet. Better that than turning down opportunities to be useful.

6 trips of wood removed from the score, and that or more still on the ground there. This has been the easiest and largest score we've hit yet. Its a nice feeling pushing off other tree jobs for a bit.
Been focusing a bit on the social aspect too, time with newly.acquired friends, family. I'd have a lot more on hand if I'd quit talking. But boy what an experience.

Aussie Utes are really like ranchero and El caminos. Then there's the other ones like you mentioned.
