Got the boat home from storage. The left trailer tail light is acting up again. I just ordered some LED lights and steel brackets. I'm sick of screwing around with incandescent trailer bulbs.

Tomorrow night I'll hopefully get it running, and change the oil. Should be good, plus I have the battery on the trickle charger again tonight. The new boat cover looks nice, but I'll need to fit the straps to it properly.

Looks pretty much like what NH does. I think the hardest part is finding two notaries plus one NH voter to endorse the application. Then when you take the oath, you have to have a JP and a notary sign (or 2 JP's, or two notaries). Oh, and they give you a manual to review before taking the oath.

Wow, that is crazy. But now when you have to close one eye you are more like me as one of my eyes simply don't work and hasn't since polio. Bit I still hope it comes back to normal for you.

So today I got my bike out intending to try for a ride. Looks like it is not going to happen for a while. My body just does not want to cooperate.

The boat started up with minimal effort. I have to let the oil drain, probably all night as that's just how it is with this system. It's been that way since I've owned this boat. There's probably gunk in the end of the hose, making it drain slowly.

So tomorrow night after work I'll finish the oil change up by changing the oil filter and putting new oil in.

Weather guessers are saying highs in the low 90's on Saturday. The lake is the only place I'll want to be if that's even close to true.

Horkn be careful on the lake; that sun will burn tender skin fast this early in the season.

Oh yeah, we're usually nice and tan, but those first few times you need to watch it. We wear lots of sun block, and I've been doing yard work with no shirt on when possible to prepare.:dennis:

The lake especially will burn you. The sun reflects off the water and will burn your face even with a wide brimmed hat on.

Today I left my 3rd message in as many months for the Universitie's youth golf summer classes. Kiddo loved it in 2019 and it made for a very cool summer schedule for her and I. No answer. The website has the same message since last Dec "unknown because of CV19" etc.

Finally called the golf course directly, they are running their own youth program this year in lieu of the University program!!! (especially since no swimming lessons this summer, as they require the parent to be in the pool away from the instructor).

Hot and humid here today. Got some herbicide sprayed on the yard early this AM to knock down some weeds.

Been covered up in baseball and softball games every evening....hard to get anything done. Only a couple weeks of that to go.

Working on some prep work for the bathroom remodel...things I can do and still keep it use-able for as long as possible before big demo work.

    Doing more milling tomorrow morning.

It is. But then again I'll say that those people are not using their boats correctly.

My boat is a little mini vacation every time I use it.

Yup, I get the big boat slip cost. A boat that can be trailerd is a whole different world. Dunk it in your body of water one weekend them move to another the next...

of course there are insurance and wear and tear but I doubt it would be more than a slip.
