    So what exactly are Japanese hinges? Are they just hidden inside or does the door flip open in some different way?

    Finished putting the stove together, cleaned some stuff out of the garage, and cut some insulation panels to size. Now hopefully the boss will put the second mud coat on the ceiling patch so I can play with some sealant and install the panels I have ready.to install.

    Ok I looked at your picture some more I think I get it now. Thats something different I hope my wife never sees them Ive got enough projects right now.

    In my house that would mean...go buy a built in new convection microwave to match my nice built in stainless oven.

    Nice kitchen...I agree the sideways door looks better than the microwave that you have though!!

    Thanks. I custom built the wall oven cabinet and reused some doors from other cabinets. The sideways one below the oven is covering a full extension drawer for cookie sheets and whatnot.

    I just have to line the china cabinet with mirrors, install new flooring, and trim a door and a window and the kitchen is 100% done.
