What? There's still different days of the week besides weekends?

My weekend was midweek this time around. I don’t mind it that way. 12 hour shifts.

Had repeat ct scan on lung today. The lesion is smaller than it was. My doc stated that she has not seen cancer shrink unless on treatment like chemo. So she is pretty certain that it is a small infection. She wants another scan in 1-3 months. We are happy to say the least.

It really is. My doc is going to make sure there will be f/u scans as needed. She called about as soon as she got the report as she stated she would be anxious to find out and felt I was going through the same thing. Really do like her.

    Wonderful to hear!!!

I thought I'd mention I placed a grocery pick up at Safeway. Our Walmart gets irked if the picker-upper is late, and my husbands schedule is erradic. Not sure if you have that chain out there, this chain is more expensive, but my husband likes it because it's smaller, easier to get items from different departments easier. Anyway their pick up is til 8 pm. So I asked for a 4pm pickup incase he was near there but no sweat if doesn't make it til 7pm. Cool!

What a difference a day makes :) Cold, dark, drizzle and flurries all day yesterday (it's been that or snow for weeks now) and today is sunny and made it to 60*!!!! Barn Swallows are back it seems overnight, kiddo jumping on the trampoline singing, pup doing circles around the yard chasing birds in the air alternating a couple rounds around the trampoline :):):)

We dont have a Safeway around us. Havent been late for a Walmart pickup yet but I dont think they would like it. I tend to be early for everything.. lol . Walmart is a big place to walk. Glad you have a Safeway We have a smaller Hanaford we were going to but even that got to much because of her heart problems. We have a larger Hanaford that has pickup in Augusta that I may use for meats and a few other things. Most stuff I am fine with Walmart and do save money there on a lot of items. So far every time we go its ready on time and we are gone in less 10 min.

I hauled some more cherry rounds down from the neighbors property that the tree service dropped. I am off tomorrow and plan on making a good pile of splits. I didn't pop the yard cart tire, so that was good.

Maybe a little wood turning too.

Took about half an hour to get out, almost 1.5 hrs to clean up...those that have ztr mowers know how easy it is to get sucked into nearby holes...

I almost got the pressure washer out, but didn't since it was still wet and coming off OK with the hose...just took some time due to having to take some things apart to get 2" of goop scooped out before washing!
That's by far the worst I've ever got one stuck...wasn't being as careful as I should have been mowing around the wood pile because it didn't seem that wet/slick...until, it was. Worst part was nobody else was home to help me...took everything the 660 grizzly had to pull 'er out...fortunately this machine does not have spring return on the forward/reverse controls, so I was able to set it to high speed forward for some assistance digging out...I was a little worried about it taking off once extracted, but the tires were so packed with slime it was just spinning even on solid ground...it did come close to making it to one of my little red oak saplings before I got it shut down though (and the one tree that needs screwed with the least!)
I've been thinking about some ag tread tires for 'er...might be time to just do it. :emptywallet:
