Anyone ever used them? How was your experience? I ordered a mess of parts for a 272. The site was easy to use for ordering oem parts. Everything but one part was listed as being in stock. A few weeks pass and I contacted them about canceling the back order part so I can get the in stock parts. Several days pass and I get a response that everything is back ordered with no eta.
Who do y’all use/recommend for oem Husqvarna parts?

If I had a good local dealer that would be my first choice. My area is Husqvarna challenged. There is one dealer 10mi away and chainsaws and looking up parts is not their specialty.

Chud If you have a list of the parts you are looking for, can't you just give your dealer the list and have him order what you need? Or don't you have the husky parts numbers?

I could make a list of part #’s and take them to the dealer and cut out the whole part description, vacant stare, part lookup dance.
At the same time, the dealer charges more for parts and I’ve done the work for them and still have to wait for the parts to come in.
Either way, it’s been a frustrating experience to get oem parts.

I have a couple local guys who have great relationships with their local dealers so I get them to get me parts. The dealer close to me does not budge from 100% retail prices. And they've told me before when I order stuff, they need a minimum dollar amt to call it in. If I need something small, that might take them a while.

Pantano Power Equipment. I usually buy off their eBay store. Nothing but good experiences. I have also bought direct from them.

It is a real bummer to deal with stores that don't provide good customer service.:headbang::headbang:

Thanks Eric, I gave up on partsselect and canceled the order. Checked ereplacement and they had all but one part in stock and site says they ship in stock items in one business day. I’ll post again if that holds true.

Update on older Husqvarna parts buying struggle.
As soon as I placed my order on Ereplacement they listed several parts as not available for retail sale. A nut was available but the matching bolt was listed as unavailable for retail sale. Wth I canceled that order
Found the same parts on Partstree, ordered them and they have shipped. They were cheaper than the other 2 sites too.

I have had nothing but good luck with parts tree. Off the top of my head I don't recall what I ordered but do remember that it had a happy ending.:)

I have used parts tree I think. Maybe ereplacement?

I usually use one of those sites to get a number then buy off eBay.

All the 272 parts I ordered from Partstree showed up today. Ordered Sunday delivered today via usps. Google pushed partsselect and ereplacemt on a Husqvarna 272 oem parts search. Partstree delivered the goods.
I traded a Ford boom pole that I got from a pawn shop for $60 for the 272xp.
