One site that I have had great success with their recipes is Allrecipes Sometimes you just have to look through the ingredients and see if you like all of them before you start.

The gmc's duramax engine is really an isuzu. The frame is all GM though. In return, gm made the isuzu ascender, which was a Chevy trailblazer for less $ and ac slightly different grill. There were other back and forths though.

Yeah, ram is a sub brand, they changed that to be Ram trucks a few years ago. 2009 apparently.
Dodge Ram was finally seen to be too much of an oxymoron.

Coleslaw is tricky. I like it with less mayo. Never had any luck making it myself.

Acura is Honda. Lexus is Toyota. Infiniti is Nissan. Audi is Volkswagen. Genesis is Hyundai. All the foreign makers market a luxury line same as Lincoln and Cadillac. Little different trim and maybe some different tin but same car. GMC and Chevrolet have always been one in the same. GMC is just General Motors of Canada. Originally trade differences were so much being built in Canada was necessary. Today they are made mostly in the same factory.

GM and Isuzu was another one of them weird relationships. Always in the 12-22000 pound Cabover truck chassis. Chevy and gmc were branded Isuzu’s. Later on GM gave Isuzu rights on gas engines and transmission and Isuzu gave rights on the duramax. Isuzu has all but disappeared from the market, just the original cabover trucks nowadays. Trooper and rodeo were the big sellers at one time but faded. GM built the ascender suv and a S10 truck called the hombre only available in 2wd 4 cylinder standard. The duramax has was originally built as a marine engine and has been in production for a long time. GM refined some things to run in the truck chassis.

We like this product. Just add it in and let it think for a bit.

A while back I was shocked to find peach trees in blossom. For sure those are gone now. They won't take a freeze and we had a couple nights in low 20's.

So yesterday I went to neighbors and was shocked to find strawberry blossoms! We typically find those in early May. I haven't yet looked at ours.

Yesterday I also did some tilling then backed into the barn to take tiller off the tractor. All done except could not get pto off tractor. Finally went to neighbor to ask for help. It took him about a second. It makes me feel foolish but after that neck surgery I'm finding a lot of things that I can no longer do. One hand is worse than the other because I can't straighten the fingers. Makes getting into small spots impossible and also is extremely difficult picking up small things. My writing is worse than a doctor's and typing now is hunt and peck. Frustrating to say the least.

I've tried it, doesn't result in what I'm aiming for. Which is the kind of coleslaw KFC sells. I should just buy it there. The "summer slaw" they sell at the grocery store is way overpriced.

We love Allrecipes. We use a ton of their recipes and never once have we been disappointed. We do the same though and if ingredients sound off, to us, we don't use that recipe and go with another.

Have you ever tried the T Marzettis slaw dressing? That's good stuff.

Otherwise , we like Bobby Flays slaw recipe.

My coleslaw is very simple. Sliced cabbage and carrot. Raisins, dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds. Maybe some sunflower seeds. Add commercial coleslaw dressing to taste. Usually the Kraft brand.

It all happens to each of us. just a matter of time. One of my grandfathers planted and tended his garden right up to age 89. All hand tools. Grandmother canned everything from the garden.
My newer problem is an "essential tremor" my hand shakes. If I can't spear food with a folk or have it stick to the fork, I have to use a spoon, esp for foods like peas and rice.

Mark, if you haven't already, please consider joining up with an Alzheimer's support group. They can be a real eye opener for you. Call the Cohen center in Augusta. Learn about some of the programs and offerings there. Also a good place to go for an inexpensive but good lunch.

No, I'm too big for my old ones now..... the new ones I found are just what I was looking for! Full length with hemmed cuff (not those crazy ankle length ones with frayed edges), the waist sits where it should, on the waist, and the fabric is not ripped or "distressed". Only $11!!
