My cad has been beaten into submission by medical bills. Can’t cut or buy anytime soon.
I asked a guy about cost of battery powered long reach hedge trimmer. The guy turned out to be a customer waiting for help. There were a few people at the counter being helped. I took pics, walked around and left.

Picked up another one today. It’ll sure be nice when dealers don’t have to fight to get good saws on the shelf any longer

Just put in another day on mom's wood job. Dropped 2 more black locusts and split/chipped/stacked them. My tree climber buddy showed to start dropping the 3 stemmed black cherry too. Tomorrow is rain so time to give the body a break but we should be able to finish getting the cherry and maple down Thursday. That gives me Thurs, Fri, and Sat to chip up the mess and buck/split the remaining firewood.

    Chipper cleaning the mess:

Mom's old 1997 Honda called up to move things around. Still running like new!

Or wish to flip a new saw and make a couple hundred. Whats the going rate for one in your area Kevin? Mine was $1414 out the door. 6.35% CT sales tax inc.

Just wondered, never bought a 1000.00 plus dollar saw, but that is usually a standard discount on an expensive mower around here (you can get more, but that is usually their first offer)

It’s good to invest in quality tools that can make money for you. Between tree jobs and firewood, they pay you back. You should buy more saws! :saw:

YES as far as the quality tools. Nothing worse than being on a job and a saw gives you trouble...why i sold the 170. Most of the saw work i do is small potatoes but dont mind. I figure by 2023 my saws will have paid for themselves!

NEED another saw...no! WANT another saw...yes! Friends been pushing his 036 pro on me, but wants all the money. Off to OPE when it rains later for two cycle oil and to check for MS400.
