We got to see a bear yesterday. They haven't been around in awhile.

I'll have to ask if the bee keeper will be bringing his bees into the neighbor's woods this year. Last year he had to move them because a bear tore the hives all apart.

It's not right at all. The city and county were not notified because they are not parties in the suit. Nobody fathomed a judge from a different county would do much more than have the Irrigation company (they own the water in the lake) make the homeowners whole with $$, and strengthen the shoreline with boulders or concrete pieces or something. Instead he went back to the original plat from 1908 that set the orig foot acres of water and rough sketch of the shoreline. Over the last 113 years more dirt was accumulated in the bottom of the lake so the same amount of water the shoreline is out further. That, and the homeowners that built below the easment towards the water and also sold some lots to unsuspecting buyers. And I have to repeat, many of these lots (and some owners) already were paid for flooding around the 1980's.

Weather turned to junk here today. Cold, wet, and windy. Spring turkey opener is tomorrow and there may be snow on the ground....first time I can remember that happening. Usually it is in the 50's for a morning hunt. Not sure if I'm going out or not....if there's anything I like less than being cold is being cold and wet.

    ....aaaaannnnnnd it's snowing. A lot.

We have the strawberries and asparagus covered up, but it's so wet it probably won't do any good.

If I laugh so hard my stomach muscles are sore in the next day or two does that count as exercise?
