Good morning everybody. Seen the snow on radar but so far nothing. I fired up the stove yesterday and it is keeping me nice and warm.

Morning All. No frost this morning and a clear blue sky above. Going to be another gorgeous day in paradise. I think this all comes to an end on Tuesday. It has been unreal.
Got our shots yesterday. No major reactions so that is good. Four months until the second shot.
Errands to do, children's Sabbath packages to get ready and chores.

Wow, 4 months between shots. I guess it's to make the most of a short supply of vaccine. FWIW, my ex was exposed to covid in an office 2 weeks after his first shot, and everyone got sick except him.

 

Just back home after 2 weeks away.

I think the priority is at least one shot in as many people as possible. It is a race between vaccines and the Brazilian variant and in some areas of the province, the variant is winning.

New coffee maker makes good coffee, even back home!

Cool, damp, and raw out today. I know I have bits feeders to fill. As well as gathering up our empty bottles and cans to hand off to the scouts for their fundraiser.

Miz Carol is going to the youngest granddaughter's birthday party today. She is 2. We have been blessed with 6 grands total......

Good morning all,
Day 5 after arthroscopic knee surgery and the nerve block has mostly worn off. It feels terrible and I don’t have the flexibility to split wood, or do much at all. Knee feels ok, but the rest of my leg feels wrecked. The weather is perfect for processing, so I’m bummed I can’t make any progress. My buddy called and asked if I want to go to the saw shop, so I guess I’ll get some shiny saw therapy later today.
