The brown trout and coho salmon are apparently starting to bite well in lake michigan down in the southern part of the lake. The marina in port washington is already pretty full of the charter boats. Then again, the lake water won't get to freezing any more to worry about that part.

Well, lots of granite, power lines run on poles, and lots of trees. Messages sense.

I still have probably had less power outages in my entire life compared to when I lived in Maine for about a year. Outages were very common. to the point that had I lived there longer, I would've installed a generator.

Anybody know the best way to "renew" an old ad on FB marketplace...I'm out of FB "renews" on it, but don't want to delete the ad only to have to redo it again...its old enough that it hasn't had any views in some time...I have edited it to reflect the fact that I do still have the item (with a more current date listed) so I suppose if someone searches for that particular item...it will still be down the list of items though I'd think...

Hmm. I haven't had to do that, yet... How about just copy all the text and at least you don't need to bother crafting the ad up again? Pics are easy to plop in.

I'd no doubt just delete it. No bites; no sale.

I suppose that's what I'll have to do...copy and paste the text is easy enough...but the pics I'd have to find again :picard:
Its bike parts for an older bike...I figured it would take some time to find the right buyer...someone will be super excited to find it once the right person comes along.

The pics should be easy to get.

There is a free program called a Snipping tool. Any picture or text you can select it and copy. Sometimes that comes in real handy.

Some short videos from today’s work.

Dad pushing some nice volcanic dirt to make a loading ramp to unload a grader of uncle Ken’s truck.

Yours truly dragging the old grader off the truck.

Dragging the grader down the laneway.

Dad taking Ken’s International T-line home.

The pile got bigger after I spent some time on the bulldozer.

Yes it was built back in the late 1940's, He wants to get it going and restore it. It needs a lot of work!

Boy leoht the videos brought back some memories. I remember skidding logs with one of those rather than pulling old graders. lol

Its funny too that just a short time ago I drove past a place where we cut off a large woodlot so yes, the memories are still there. But that place does not look the same. lol
