No, Just a minor amount. We will increase when and if probate excepts the bid.

The probate bit may work in your favor. A lot of folks get turned off by a delay and are in a hurry, but when you're serious a delay isn't that big a deal. Good luck.

Yes sir! We offered lower than the asking price to absorb the needed repairs and remodeling. Excepting the house as is and the only inspection is going to be on the septic system.

Just got the call from the real estate agent, And we can now say its one step closer as Probate excepted the bid and we can move forward. :makeitrain"

I know. It was 75 here last weekend. Now they are saying we may get 1-3" snow tomorrow. I don't know, doesn't seem like the temps will support it.

    Happy belated birthday wishes Hound.

Hope you can get back to burning more pellets next heating season.

Ha! We switched. Now you are 1-3 and we are 2-6. There was a little snow when we woke up. It’s wet and heavy. Not sticking to the ground too well, but the trees are starting to bow down a bit from the added weight.

Took a ride up the hill a ways and its sticking to the lawn and tree's. Nothing here, Spits and flurries and then back to rain.

It was raining here till about 9am then started with a little snow. Snowed at a decent clip from 10:30 till about noon, maybe an inch - inch & a half then had a bit of light sleet for a while. Misty/drizzle out now. At least it'll be gone in a day or 2. Fired up the P43 last night, nice & comfy in the house.

At 7am had a couple inches of snow and the roof was dumping so I shoveled the ramp and in front of the garage. The yard was accumulating snow, but rhe roads were clear. That was a good thing as I had a 7:30 appointment for the car to get its state inspection.

I was home by 8 and shoveled more roof dumpage but snow didn't start sticking on the roads until 9.

Even though the low temp was only 34*, the snow was coming down so fast, that between 10 and noon the roof dumped again. All the snow was very heavy to move.

On my way to the dump yesterday the Explorer thru a check engine light. Was only about a mile from the dealership so I dropped it off and told them to look at it whenever they could (I have the car so no big deal to go without). They are a small town dealership so they have a crew just big enough to take care of existing appointments on Saturdays.

They are always super great and even though they didn't have a shuttle driver, they found a way to get me home so I could get about my day. Got a call while I was in the big city and they said that someone had cancelled an appointment so they were able to be looked at. Needed an O2 sensor and they had one in stock. They came and picked me up in the afternoon and all is well again.

Only thing that could have gone better is if that check engine light had gotten thrown 2 Fridays ago when the truck was in for state inspection, recall work and swapping out the snows for summer tires. But not complaining at all.
