Welcome aboard Woodchucker What part of Iowa are you claiming as home? Woodchucker said: ↑ Southwest Iowa. About an hour east of Omaha. Reading is easy! Comprehension once we get to a certain age however....... right yooperdave ?
Dont feel bad Dave, i sometimes dont either. Id like to blame old age but im not old enough to do that...i think!
One more thing Woodchucker Be very careful never to let your guard down while making posts. Ever. Typing responses that can be construed as double meanings will be caught and capitalized on by this crowd....as well as spelling errors..... The background of your pics should never..... NEVER..... contain anything that can be commented on no matter how far off topic it may be..... If by chance you should make an honest mistake, prepare to get chastised for the event! And don't be late or forget to pay your membership dues. I am in the process of typing out your membership card now (as soon as I learn just what part 0of Iowa you are from) along with a hard copy of all the FHC membership benefits and of course the parking permit to hang from your mirror...... (depending on what kind of truck you drive).
I had trouble spelling your last name without the "ski" , thats why there was a delay in your membership card...... Sorry!
I REALLY learned that lesson when i posted this pic What stinks (even more than the chit sucking truck) is the fact the guy changed his mind and i didnt get any of the wood!
Here's some pictures from today. Working on some Swedish torches. Here's my bundling station. I'm working on a roadside self serve stand. Im getting everything prepped this weekend. Might have pictures tomorrow.
What type of wood with the brownish heartwood? Is that mulberry? Real nice set up and bundling station.
Woodchucker so what ya doing the end of April into first of May? milk be driving right down I-80 headed to a GTG in MI with spare room ♂️ Not sure if you’ve got a new job or want a get a away, but it’s a good time and gettin to meet some great fellow hoarders in person is pretty fun.
I wish I could but I actually did get a new job and I'm not sure id be able to find the time. Thanks though.
Glad you got a job for sure, but it sure would be great to have you at the big spring GTG. That's a nice looking operation you've got going there! Here's to much productive hoarding & selling.
