We gave him the bath in the mixture of unpasturized apple cider vinegar and dr.bonners really half to work it into the skin and let soak .It cured him gained all his weight back.We had a old lady tell us about it she uses it on her huskies we have been using it all year.He gets a bath in it every other week no problems really keeps the flies away it works
Yea when they have reactions all you can do is give them multiple baths. It doesnt need to be milk and vinegar or whatever just shampoo. Sometimes they give them something to help the seizing. This is very when people mix up and put dog flea medicine on a cat. It does it all the time and they saw it all the time at her office. One of our cats we got was brought in and suspected that had happened. He seized n threw up for a day. They left him or he was a find out in the open or something g...anyway we adopted him. Hes fine now. Many of those cheap flea medicines you buy online or at walmart can do this as well. On even the animal there for, the chemicals apparently aren't as safe.
A bath will kill or run off fleas on the animalbut what about tthe next day when he goes outside? What about in 10 days? It can't work like prescribed meds?
Thanks for the info on Program. I will look into the Sentinel. We tried Advantage but the dogs were zombies for a couple of days after application. Our medically challenged dog, Cricket, doesn't like the Revolution for the first couple of hours after application. She keeps try to roll to get it off. We have to keep them on something though or we would be overrun by fleas.
