    Pills pills and more pills. Exercise and diet.
    Went to see the cardiologist. Another pill. More dizzy. Slowly adjusting. I like retirement also, but don't like being so short of breath with minimal activity. Now can't walk to the car without resting 10 min. just to get my breath back. Pulmonologist says to use inhaler proactively to see if that helps.

    I had one of the female Docs tell me she would like me to be on a standard dose of Amlodipine, I asked if she'd be another cane for me.

    Not years ago, Maybe a year? Well since my back said FU anyway.

    All I did was go for a walk, pick up some sticks and racked a flower bed(small) yesterday. And now I'm stuck on the sofa with a heating pad! Freakin back!! Errrrr.

    Yes, Shot only lasted about a week and back to the same BS. :( Going Monday for shots in the neck to see if it helps the foraminal stenosis At C5-C6, C6-C7, C7-T1

    They won't touch me due to the spinal stenosis. 2 docs both said surgery is the only thing I have to look forward too, But tried the shots anyway. Holding that chit off as long as possible.

    Yes. I took my back out while working many years ago, and could barely walk. I basically crawled into his office, and an hour later walked out upright.

    As soon as I have had enough of this doctor in charge of the shots. My Primary care doc will refer me to the specialist in UConn medical. I will have to be referred as my insurance wont cover it.

    Pain is bearable as long as I don't have to stand for hours at a machine making parts. No working is about the only way out of that! :(
