I neglected to answer the floor covering. Exnay on the arpetay, sweet Blondie had an accident on it before she went to heaven, put it this way, that large girl can hold a lot in her bladder.... I'm going either linolieum or vinyl plank, but I cannot find a vinyl plank I like for less that $6/sq foot. Idk, depending, I might just paint or laquer luan.
No worries, I used our debit card on his commercial account at a place here, and he picked it up for me
$6 a sq. ft. Does seem a bit pricey. At least that will mold itself to the uneven subfloor. Believe me, we had issues with our subfloor in the bathroom we did last year. Good luck.
Home Depot had vinyl plank for $3.19 a Sq. ft. And Costco has some very nice Mohawk rigid vinyl planks for about $2.90. Should be something near you that you’d like and that is under $6.

We had a 15 yard container brought in to clean up a lot of material from various projects and accumulation from when we moved here 2 years ago. It feels great to get rid of junk and makes the work areas a lot more open. We filled it halfway last evening and it should be full by the weekend. Talking with the guys at work, I need to stop collecting stuff. Just because I have the room to store it doesn't mean I should. We are in a bit of a drought here. So early in the spring is not good. I can't complain about the decent weather, but lack of rain is not good. Many red flag warnings lately, and I have a few large brush piles to burn.
Son and his wife came yesterday. We took a nice walk in the woods. Even found a bunch of spring mayflowers. They are early this year.
