This one poplar was leaning right over the wifes truck and would drop smaller branches on it now and then so I took it down. It was leaning to fall right on the sandpile at the top right of the picture but I managed to make it fall right where I wanted it to for a nice change. Split it all up and piled it in the woodshed. Good SS wood. Sure was stringy though. If I had to do this one by hand I probably would have just dumped it in the ditch, or threw it in the barn for the fire pit.
