    Still 51 out right now, house is 69 with elm keeping the OWB warm. House was at 70 most the day with the sun. Calling for 74 and rain tomorrow

    74 is Fourth of July weather here. I plan on renting a cabin on a island off the coast from Valdez. Spend the week making memories with the family fishing for halibut, long cod and rockfish.
