Probably not too old. I did send a picture of my hand from the last 25 stitch incident and said I’m heading to the ER. She figured it out because of the background. Haven’t had that truck in quite some time now. I didn’t notice it.

There’s a story behind the stitches in my hand. 3 times I’ve had the same thumb sewn up in overlapping zipper tracks. I’m up to close to 100 stitches now.

Grandfather's car is in the garage again with "a good many things" wrong with it. Only a couple years ago the car had a bunch of stuff fixed to the tune of 2,000 and change bucks.

lack of use.....taking its toll. A whole 38K miles or so on a 2010.

I've had it, but I won't sign up for it again after the free subscription is over. If you drive a lot, it's nice.

$60 for a year subscription right now. I’ll let it lapse until they offer that deal, takes a couple months. I won’t pay full price, especially for my truck that left he garage today for the first time since October.

I didn’t cut it again I tried to pull a joke on her. Last time they sewed it up the doctor wasn’t quite sure how he could do it with all the scars there. Getting hard to pull everything back together and make it look good I guess.

I'm scared, they are plotting something. One trip out here I think she grabbed scissors, this trip a piece of paper and she wanted my email address. Bahahaha, she's thrilled she's fooling me ! This makes up for her not wanting to go to the Easter egg hunt on Saturday. :)

That's too bad!! What breaks from lack of use? And could you drive it around for him once every couple weeks or so?

Certain things start seizing up, even the shift linkage was very stiff. The exhaust sounded like it was leaking too. I can't remember all the items that were done last time but one was brake line replacement, one was in danger of failing. Main thing is rust damage to parts like that, as well as the body and structure. Rust is a concern here either way, but I think sitting only makes it worse with the salt air. I don't think he drives in winter anymore unless absolutely necessary, so the car shouldn't see much road salt. My car has almost 3X the mileage, being the same age, and looks far cleaner underneath.

That wouldn't be a bad idea, only for I'm not insured to drive the car, and I think it would be fairly expensive to do so. Because of my age and insurance policy here, I'm not allowed to drive any vehicle besides mine or dad's (me and dad have our car insurance together)
