    Priced the wood for a new front deck the other day and sure coulda used one of those tissues :picard: :makeitrain" and not sure how anyone can afford to build a new house nowadays? :zip:

    Yeah I dunno...I priced 7/16" OSB last night...$35/sheet ON SALE! That was the price for 3/4" marine grade plywood a few years back! o_O
