For $60.00, shipping included!! It's missing the lower handle, muffler and air cleaner cover, but the guy claims it has good compression and said the cylinder looks good. Surprisingly the saw looks like it hasn't been heavily used or abused, for the age of it. I have all the parts needed to put her back together, I'll probably do a dual port muffler and also make a velocity stack for carb (basically turn it into an 076AV Super). I'll be selling my mildly ported 051AV to make room in the stable for this one...

$60? That's probably what shipping cost on that beast!

Why sell the 051 keep um all. The P/C if not scored is worth 3x that I would think. Cool saw esp since you have the parts. A saw in a box can get expensive real quick!

I just don't use the 051AV enough to justify having it and several 075AV's. I gotta sell a saw or two so I can keep the "BOSS" happy......lol

Yes Clem I have one 075AV runner but it's pretty rough. I also have an 075AV parts saw, and TWO 051AV parts saws, the 051AV runner and now this soon-to-be 075AV runner. Not to mention two 041AV Super runners, and 041 Farmboss, an 064AV runner, three 015 limbing saws, two MS170's, a Husqvarna 372XP, SEVERAL McCullough 610PM's, and DOZENS of other parts saws/projects in the barn loft.......lol

Are those mastermind 170s or muffler mod 170s or just an extra M in there? I just laughed thinking of a mastermind 170!

This post reminds me that I better shake the dust off the 075, it's been since spring, that was the last time it was started, nice score.

I wish they were Masterminded!! They both were given to me by my carver buddy, they need new crank seals installed (which I have already), gonna do that this winter, and give one of them back to him. The other one will be my youngest son's first chainsaw.......bone stock, so he can learn to cut with me......

I couldn't pass the deal up.......I haggled it a little ($15.00). I can't buy a good used cylinder for that price! I'll probably go ahead and put new Caber rings in her, also check the bearings/seals but honestly it looks to not have much use on it....so I'm hoping that stuff is good. I'm also going to do a carb kit/sparkplug/ fuel line and impulse line/fuel and air filter, obviously. but I'll still be under 125 bucks on the whole saw. I'll be mounting my 48" bar on this one and it'll be my big wood saw.......

I'll be selling the other 075AV eventually, as well as some of the parts.....I'll keep enough for spares though...

This one will be staying with me, Clem.....I'm going to fix it up nice, and keep it. Next on the list is an 090. I've been looking and waiting for years to find one worth buying.
