    This caught me by surprise

    When i grew up, we called these buds pushy willows. Always were a bush no a tree.

    There it is. I was wondering about the use of the word "pushy" in the shed/ garage build. Knew it had to be something like this, but I didn't see this post until this morning.

    There's a ton of Aspen/ poplar hybrids out there. They grow fast. I just call all of them poplars.
