    Come on over. My neighbor just gave me a downed 32” red oak. Another tree the loggers forgot to pick up after a timber sale.

    I was one handing ailanthus (tree of heaven) with the X27 the other day. I was swinging like a hatchet. 16" long rounds. It can be done even with red oak. Never tried it

    I think the key is to have good hand and wrist strength to keep the maul straight and accurate.

    Someone must be willing to step forth!!!

    I try very hard to stay out of pictures and videos :rofl: :lol:

    I would give it a go but my rotator cuff already sounds like Rice Krispies and with carpal tunnel and muscle loss in my right hand due to it I would probably be more likely to throw isocore :rofl: :lol:
