    I'm thinking maybe desperate to sell for some reason, the location, or maybe a mix of both. I really like the exterior, the interior is pretty nice but not quite to my taste.

    My Amish neighbor is dairy goat farmer. Makes OK money he says but not enough to feed his expanding family. So he started a side business making lawn chairs and equipment out of recycled milk bottles! I was his first customer.
    He made us two Packer/John Deere chairs for our cabin.

    If I could afford to buy a $1.6 M home, I would certainly have the cash to customize the interior to my taste.

    My home is an hour and change out of town, but I stay with mom some nights about 15 mins from there. Work on the other side of the city.

    Not everyone. Some people pour all their (borrowed?) Money into a house and live check to check paying for it. I have to laugh when I see these fancy mansions, even half million dollar ones, and then like a 12 year old cavalier or dodge minivan or something in the driveway. House poor.

    Considering it's within city limits, I can't argue that. Not that I place any value on that part, it's a turnoff for me, but some people do.

    I am slow on getting acronyms. All I could thing of was "sh*t, shower, and shave." Then looking through the urban dictionary, I came up with "shoot, shovel, and shut up."
    I really like that chair. Can't imagine how it is made of bottles, but that is OK. I like the idea that it won't rot and that it doesn't sit too low.

    That's what they do with a lot of the plastic that gets recycled, grind it up and press it into "plastic boards"...
