Finished a cut today. Went on to my next cut and saw felt limp. I thought why is the bar loose? Quickly noticed my handle was what was loose. Luckily I had enough cut for the three loads I wanted to get out today. Called my dealer and they had one in stock! 7 bucks and an Allen wrench later and we’re back in business for tomorrow morning
Jeez! Glad they had whatcha needed. My local dealer doesn't stock much of anything and last couple times I wanted stuff, they told me they had to wait till they got a certain dollar amount of parts to order first. I gave up and mail order everything now.
We hear a lot about the importance of dealer support and honestly, they have had what I needed for each of my saw repairs. I’ve become so accustomed to dealing with the customer service feel of the “big box” stores that each time I call to ask if they have what I need, I’m shocked when they say yes. I’m fortunate to have them near where I live and will continue to support their business. Been a few weeks since I was in there. Last time I was there, they may have had as many as 8 husqvarna saws on display. Today, I looked as I left, and they were down to 1 top handle left! This warm weather and stimulus money has everybody out buying whatever they can get their hands on!
