    30. Beech and Maple right now. Pine later. Going into 50s again today. So don’t have to put much in the Wood Gun.

65!! We woke up to 14 inches of fresh snow this morning. We’ll be lucky to get into the mid 20’s today. 76 in the house. Burning Ash and Blue Spruce. 0F5DD825-9AFB-4897-AABE-2E64D34DD732.jpeg

My son and his gal went snow shoeing yesterday. Was about 20 yards from the trail head and seen a mountain lion walking away from them. And 20 yds further on found a deer carcass about 24 hrs old. The lion went one way and they went another.

Cool! That’s a very rare sighting! I’ve only seen one my whole life. I see tracks all the time though. Did you say your son lives near Fort Collins?

I'm not sure what the temp will be tonight but I'll start an overnight fire with some Cherry. Cash Larue , you keep that white stuff or send it to Backwoods Savage or yooperdave .

Yeah, I spose we'll get some more of it as it is way too early in the year for winter to quit. But, I'll send the warmer weather east so maybe you should be on the lookout for it! Snow in the forecast for Wed and Sat right now. Thu and Fri are highs in the low 30's.

BTW, anything over freezing here is nice! :handshake:

They say we're in for about an inch of rain on Friday. We usually get more snow but by the end of the first week April, that should be it.

I get my second Covid shot (Pfizer) by the end of March, hopefully things can get back to a semi normal life for people.
