Been looking at small battery power chainsaw for limb cutting and getting at fence row saplings. I have a Bauer leave blower, and hav3 a battery and charger already. Decided to just get the saw today. I cut up fallen branches and some tree top remnants too small to cut and split that had been in different pastures. The little saw did a pretty danger good job. Battery stayed up, and the chain did a good job. for the nuisance size stuff too fat for loppers, but too small for my gas saws, it is great. Light weight and quiet. Made for a productive hour. All my limbs are fed into the boiler. I can see making bundles of three foot limbs to augment my splits, thereby reducing the consumption of my seasoned split wood. we will see how sturdy the saw is, but I am liking it.
