Filling up my Friends Shed.

    Regulars here have seen pictures of this shed before. Three bays each holds 3/4 cord. He burns less than two cord per season. When a bay is empty i fill it up for him. Normally he likes hickory, but this time he asked for oak so im filling it up with heartwood splits. IMG_4355.JPG Had some 2.5 year seasoned white oak IMG_4354.JPG IMG_4357.JPG
    The rest of the stack was 1.5 year old red oak. IMG_4359.JPG Have to dig out some more splits to fill it.
    Bay on the left has year and a half hickory. Bay on right is less than one year dead hickory.

    Id help you fill it up...but with your firewood! You'd need a shed the size of...well a big shed!

    Trademark stacks Brad! Not a whole lotta air in those things:yes: I like the shed too. One or two more bays and it would hold what I burn in a year.
