yep, same here. In fact, when I was younger when we used to go out to the bars and such, if I was sitting down and someone came up to talk and was standing I subconsciously would stand up so I didn't have to look up to them. LOL Although, really, 6'5" I don't really consider to be abnormally tall. Sure, it's taller than average, but not out of the ordinary. Once you start pushing the 6'8" and up is what I would consider tall. I have a couple HS friends who are my height, well, one was in HS but somehow joined the Navy and came back from basic taller. I think he ended up 6'7" or 8". He was definitely a late bloomer. Whenever I see him I have to look up to him.

Eric Schamell When I was still in school and dating a rather short girl, maybe 5', her dad would tell her she was only short on one end. The other end was long enough, it reached the ground. :rofl: :whistle::whistle:

Same here...IMO you get over 6'6", now you have crossed in to the "abnormally tall" range...and yes, in high school there was only 2 of us my height, but now you see 6'4" (with a 28" waist  ) high school kids all the time.
I'm not even the "tall one" in my (extended) family...I have some cousins that range from my height, up to 7'! Or they were anyways...we are all getting older ya know...:BrianK:

I was one of those 6'5" kids with a 28" (may 30") waist in HS. I believe I weighed 165-175 out of HS. Went up to 185 the first couple years in college.....drank a bunch of weight gainer stuff to try to gain weight and eventually made it to 200 by the time I was 30 or so. Now I'm about 205-210 or so at 49 and wishing was was about 15 lbs lighter. LOL It's funny how as you get older the weight tends to settle around the mid section. I could use the weight in my legs, wish it would drop lower.

I'm 6'2" so not as tall as some of you in here but I'm used to being one of the taller guys in the room. When we go to crowded places like ball games, concerts, etc. my friends or family let me lead the way and they just look for my head in the crowd (next closest family member is 5'9".) This worked well until I went to the NCAA basketball tournament for the regionals round which determines the final four. I felt like I was sniffing armpits and was lost in the crowd. Haha!

Crazy! I've dealt with just shy of 3 feet multiple times, once we had two 30ish" storms a week apart. But I cant imagine that much all at once!

My youngest boy played basketball with a young man that is 7'. I have a picture of him and I somewhere. Pretty funny with me being all of 5'7". He wore size 19 shoes if I remember correctly.

Gave a shout out to my son in CO. And it has been raining so far but he stated it had just turned to snow. He is an hour north of Denver.
